I interviewed Ian Hales from Engage Interactive about their SMS platform, including a live demo where I sent an SMS through our SFDC  instance, through Marketo, to my cell/mobile phone – and how Marketo receives an SMS response onto the Marketo record and back through into CRM. We saw all the background activity in Marketo/Salesforce.
